Sachin Kulkarni is the founder & director of ThinkDeep Design and Automation Pvt. Ltd., with over 25 years of experience in mechanical engineering, industrial automation, and turnkey project execution across diverse manufacturing domains.
Prior to founding ThinkDeep, he worked with globally recognized organizations, including Wipro PARI, Demag Cranes, and Cybernetik Technologies, contributing to large-scale material handling systems, automation solutions, and special-purpose machine development for demanding industrial environments.
He established ThinkDeep with a clear mandate—to deliver high-performance, manufacturable, and cost-optimized engineering solutions aligned with global quality standards. With deep technical insight and a hands-on leadership style, he actively drives concept engineering, design validation, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring precision, reliability, and long-term client value.
